Anthony N. Caserta, Of Counsel

Anthony grew up in Staten Island, New York and moved to the Tampa Bay area with his family as a teenager. He attended undergraduate at the University of North Florida in Jacksonville and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology. Mr. Caserta went on to the Dwayne O. Andreas School of Law: Barry University for his legal studies in Orlando and graduated in 2014 with his Juris Doctorate. Throughout law school, Anthony interned primarily in Personal Injury. During his final year, he spent time learning from working with felony prosecutors at the State Attorney’s Office and clerked for the now Chief Judge of the Ninth Judicial Circuit in Orlando, the Honorable Judge Frederick J. Lauten.

After being admitted to the Florida Bar, Anthony moved to New York to work with his father in Brooklyn specializing in the areas of Real Estate and Wills, Trusts and Estates while studying for and subsequently passing the New York Bar Examination. In 2016, Anthony moved back to Orlando and worked as in-house counsel at a restoration company as an advocate for Plaintiff-side first party property damage claims and later moved to a law firm working as the head of the civil litigation department on numerous civil matters while also taking on criminal defense cases.

In November 2016, Anthony began his own solo practice, The Law Office of Anthony N. Caserta, P.A., specializing in personal injury, criminal defense, landlord/tenant matters, and contracts among other areas. Now located in St. Petersburg, Anthony’s commitment to the law and his clients allows him to advocate vigorously while giving each individual client the attention needed to ensure they are properly advised throughout the entire legal process.
